Zhejiang Haiyan Transformer
Factory (ZHTF) is, situated at the side of Nanbei
Lake, a professional transformer manufacture for over
30 years. Facing the challenge as well as opportunity
of market economy, all the staff collaborate to overcome
difficulties, seize the chance to blaze a trail of all-round

With so many years’ exploration and practice, the staff
of Yanli has established a set of management mechanism

With fixed assets of about 65 million RMB, ZHTF has
over 155 staff and 9 of them with senior engineer title
and 18 with middle engineer title. It has signed joint
technical operation contracts with National Research Institute
of Transformer at Shenyang, Wuhan and Guangzhou, which
has helped it made remarkable achievement in new product
R&D, scientific and technological improvement and
performance optimization. It has the production line of
oil-immersed transformer, dry transformer, box transformer
substation as well as a whole set of inspecting and testing
equipment and advanced winders, vacuum coil casting etc.
The company has passed ISO9001:2000 quality control system
authentication and been successively granted the title
of "Enterprise Honoring contract & credit"
and creditability”, "AAA credit-standing Enterprise"
and “Haiyan County Certificate of Excellence”. The quality
of its product and service are spoken highly by its clients.
ZHTF mainly produces following transformers 35KV, 10
KV (S9, S9-M, S11, S11-M, R, S11-M), 10KV (single-phase
D9-M), S9-B thunder-proofing, dry-type transformer (SC(B)9,
SG10), 10KV OLTC (SZ9), 35KV OLTC (SZ9), furnace transformer,
rectifier transformer. What’s more, in-house developed
the anti-theft oil-immersed transformers are warmly welcomed
by clients.
